Alcoholic beverages are permitted. Client must assume all responsibility for guests.

Rental Criteria

Standard Rate is $380.00 for four (4) hours
Additional time may be purchased at $75.00 per hour
Ideal for up to 60 guests
Tables & chairs provided and will be set up as you request
Tablecloths are available for an additional fee
User(s) are Responsible for Removal of all Remaining Food Items, Decorations and Refuse
